US plane crash victims honoured by fellow figure skater at Asian Winter Games

Two young figure skaters who died in a Washington plane crash last month were honoured by a fellow skater and friend who brought their portraits and memories to the Asian Winter Games in China this week. “I wanted to take them on an international stage and do it for them,” Teekhree Silpa-Archa said. Most of the 67 crash victims were from the figure skating community.
